About me
Hi, I’m Nikhil Lemos! I’m passionate about tackling overlooked problems at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and society. My journey began with building Meditel, a patented device to help seniors manage their medications, inspired by my own grandparents’ struggles.
This experience grew into Elder Allies, a student-led nonprofit that empowers senior citizens with both digital literacy and accessible hardware solutions. Along the way, I’ve been honored to represent India at international conferences, pitch to investors and policymakers, and contribute to youth innovation ecosystems like ATL Sarthi, where I learned the power of mentorship and collaboration in shaping ideas that truly matter.
At my core, I believe innovation isn’t just about the next big breakthrough: it’s about empathy-driven solutions, built step by step, to improve lives today while shaping a better tomorrow. If you have an idea or an innovation, let’s connect and work on it together!

HIGHLIGHT—RISE SUMMIT 2025
Performances at Rhodes House—University of Oxford
I had the honor of performing twice — once delivering a lightning talk before dignitaries from Schmidt Futures, the Rhodes Trust, and fellow Rise Global Winners, where I shared my journey of innovation and impact. Later, I took the stage again, this time with my band, performing a crowd-favorite cover of “Piano Man” by Billy Joel — a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the human stories that connect us all.
